As the president and owner of The Process Pro, Marguerete Luter has been a crucial force in the growth of numerous local business organizations and is an active volunteer in the Arlington community.
In addition to starting her own business, Luter has previously held positions at Xerox and Unisys, and serves in many volunteer roles, including as a board member of the Women in Technology group and as the chair of the group’s mentorship program.
Additionally, she works with a variety of organizations that focus on development in the African American community. In 2003, she received the Women in Technology “Championship” Leadership award and its Founder Award, and in 2015, she received the Influential Women of Virginia Award.
In addition to her many professional achievements and volunteer activities, Luter also serves as vice-chair on Arlington County’s Commission on the Status of Women
